1. How to Enter or Participate
A JQ Family Rewards account is necessary for this contest. Tune into the Connect with Ceci show weekdays on JQ99. Around 2:15pm, Ceci, or other DJ in the event of Ceci’s absence, will announce the Meijer Grocery Item of the Day and reveal it’s price. Enter in the price of the Meijer Grocery Item of the Day into the correct JQ Family Rewards “Listen to Win” opportunity. 2,500 JQ Family Rewards points will automatically be awarded. At the same time, the JQ Family Rewards system processes an Instant Win opportunity in which the individual entering the price of the grocery item has a 1/55 chance of instantly winning a $10 Meijer Gift Card.
2. Eligibility Restrictions
You must be a Michigan resident and you must have a valid JQ Family Rewards account that’s in line with the Terms & Conditions of the JQ99 JQ Family Rewards program.
3. Entry Deadline Dates
The overall game will continue on JQ99′s JQ Family Rewards until further notice, or until the supply of $10 Meijer Gift Cards has been depleted. The individual JQ Family Rewards daily contest are active for a full 24 hours, at which point the next day’s contest begin. Exluding Saturdays and Sundays.
4. Whether prizes can be Won
Yes, but only if an instant win happens. With the odds of 1/55, there is the possibility that there is no winner at all.
5. When Prizes can be Won
After the Meijer Grocery Item of the Day is announced at 2:15pm weekdays on the Connect with Ceci show, and before the next occurrence of the contest the next day.
6. The Extent, Nature, and Value of the Prizes
The prize awarded is announced at the time of the contest. Unless otherwise specified, will always be a $10 Meijer Gift Card.
7. The Basis for Valuation of the Prizes
Retail value of prize awarded.
8. Time and Means of Selection of Winners
The air portion of the contest begins when Ceci announces the Meijer Grocery Item of the Day around 2:15pm each weekday. At this same time, the JQ Family Rewards Listen and Win opportunity activates. Before the next day’s grocery item of the day is announced, JQ Family Rewards members must enter in the price of the current day’s grocery item of the day price. Once the price is entered through JQ Family Rewards, members will earn 2,500 points and the JQ Family Rewards system will the process at 1/55 chance to each entry for an “Instant Win” of the $10 Meijer Gift Card. In the event that every member, who participates in the contest, loses the contest, no prize will be awarded.

JQ99, prize donors and sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable phone connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions whether caused by JQ99, users, by any equipment or programming utilized in this contest, or by human error. Each winner will be instructed to pick up their prize with valid photo identification at the JQ99 Studios in Zeeland, Michigan. All scheduled dates and times are approximate and subject to change. Prizes are not transferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees and other associated with this prize. Winners and contest participants grants JQ99 the right to use their name and likeness (including voice) for promotional purposes with no compensation. JQ99 reserves the right to alter these material terms at any time for any reason.

The above contest and the posting of material terms is Z88.3’s goodfaith effort to comply with the statutory provision regarding contests as set forth at Section 508 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the “Act”) (47 U.S.C. §509). Section 508(a) of the Act (47 U.S.C. §509(a)) and with the Commission’s (FCC) requirements governing the broadcast of licensee-conducted contests set forth in Section 73.1216 of the Commission’s rules, (47 C.F.R. §73.1216). This rule requires that a licensee that broadcasts or advertises information about a contest that it conducts shall fully and accurately disclose the material terms of the contest, and shall conduct the contest substantially as announced or advertised. No contest description shall be false, misleading or deceptive with respect to any material term.
For purposes of Section 73.1216, the term “contest” is defined as a scheme in which a prize is offered or awarded, based upon chance, diligence, knowledge or skill, to members of the public. “Material terms” include those factors which define the operation of the contest and which affect participation therein. Although the material terms may vary widely depending upon the exact nature of the contest, they will generally include: (1) how to enter or participate; (2) eligibility restrictions; (3) entry deadline dates; (4) whether prizes can be won; (5) when prizes can be won; (6) the extent, nature, and value of the prizes; (7) the basis for valuation of prizes; (8) time and means of selection of winners; and/or (9) tie-breaking procedures.
